The rooms were extremely spacious and relaxing. the amicable staff kept the bottom level rooms well-maintained. - the property's location was excellent and close to all major sights. - Easily accessible Ihop nearby for lunch or dinner.

Didn't like the pillows, had to ask for new sheets they were stained, cleaning staff very apologetic and promptly changed them

Big comfy bed
Ice machine was down in basement when I was on the 3rd floor and no ice in it. Wouldn't give extra pillows or towels. Hair dryer didn't work. Rude staff when asked for extra pillows and towels.

We were there for only one night
The heavy smell of cigarette smoke as you walk in the door. The carpet was covered in stains. The bathroom wasn't throughly cleaned. The soap caused an allergic reaction to my skin.

The value for the money was great and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for the stores I wanted to visit and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Breakfast delights could be better with more variety, beyond just waffles.

Mold on door to downstairs, ice machine was scuzzy, light out in bathroom, no coffee made in evening and supposed to be 24/7. Had to go down stairs for first floor. No elevator.
